The main impact of this study visit on participants will be their personal and professional
development as youth workers working with disabled people and young people with FO.
The project will develop the creativity skills of youth workers with a view to their professional development.
Participants will learn about the various practices of creativity education for people with disabilities.
They will gain useful experience in applying the methodologies that can be implemented in day-today work and future projects aimed at improving the social inclusion of young people.
Their language skills will improve: both English for the deaf and the key phrases in the languages of the partner countries;
During group sessions, you will improve your skills in learning to learn, search for information, analysis, systematization and presentation, and will learn a responsible approach to learning.
During the project, the skills of communication and collaboration, teamwork and sharing of responsibilities were improved.
Intercultural evenings will improve knowledge of other cultures.
