Position Summary

Cabot Riga is seeking organized, reliable talents to join our accounts receivable team.

In the international environment of our fast-growing business services center in Riga, your role will be to collaborate with our customers to collect payment as per agreed terms and to propose solutions for any issues in the process.

Job Responsibilities

• You collect payments from our international customers on a daily basis.
• You actively monitor overdue invoices and find effective solutions with our customers and other Cabot departments to protect the company’s assets.
• You proactively ensure timely payment of open invoices to prevent overdues at critical deadlines.
• You provide regular market insights to our business leaders.
• You always act in compliance with all legal regulations as well as our internal rules.

Requirements

• Organizational skills: attention to details, accuracy, ability to manage your time and set priorities.
• Problem resolution: your communication skills and critical thinking are an asset in proactively seeking solutions.
• Curiosity: as a team player you will not know everything, but you should have the drive to learn as much as possible from your colleagues.
• Fluent in English.
