We are in search of a passionate and self-assured individual to join Nordigen as a Junior Recruiter. The person will join our Operations team and help to attract the best people to Nordigen. This is your chance to develop your recruitment and people skills, while also being a crucial part of the company during its explosive growth stage.

What excites you

• Becoming the master of recruitment;
• Participating in the hiring process from A to Z;
• Working with the Head of Operations to establish the best hiring strategies;
• Headhunting, interviewing and hiring a large range of candidates;
• Working with the Marketing department to launch ad campaigns;
