On behalf of our client multinational technology company we are now looking for a new member of an Administrative team in Riga office -RECEPTIONIST
Requirements for the candidates
- Experience in a similar role (office administrator, assistant, receptionist, customer service) within an international environment,
- Developed communication and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure,
- Positive attitude and willingness to be helpful,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks,
- Fluent Latvian and English language skills, conversational Russian,
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
Duties
You will act as a first point of contact for customers and visitors and ensure vital support functions such as:
- Handle all incoming calls,
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence,
- Handle general records management (record keeping, archive),
- Manage scheduling of meeting rooms, equipment; provide refreshments for visitors,
- Manage the office storage, keep track and manage ordering of office and kitchen supplies,
- Assist colleagues in completing and submitting expense claims, make travel arrangements for the manager,
- Provide core financial support (invoices and expense reports, purchase orders, contracts),
- Supervise invoicing system.
