As a Raw Material Associate you will work on a global project with global teams as well as you will be responsible for several daily tasks related safety data sheets and communicating with suppliers. Additionally you will provide technical expertise to allnex personnel in the areas of worldwide hazard communication, regulatory compliance and transportation for raw materials. When you are in this role, you are responsible for the hazard and regulatory assessment and approval of purchased raw materials used in the manufacture of allnex products.

Required skills and experience

• Chemical or related industry experience in hazard assessment and product regulatory compliance will be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to gain an understanding of other responsibilities.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving purchased raw materials.
• Review the raw materials chemical, physical, health and environmental hazards and determine potential impact on allnex products.
• Setup raw materials in the allnex Wercs SDS/Product Regulatory database.
• Review supplier Safety Data Sheets and determine chemical compositions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry (can be a student, able to work full-time, flexible schedule is possible)
