Position overview

We are looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated and organized colleague to join our Treasury Team as Payment & Reporting Specialist. You will be responsible for processing outgoing payments ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, systems and financial controls.

If you are accurate, detail oriented and have a strong problem solving and decision making skills, then we are waiting for your application.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of payment proposals in ERP systems;
  • Execution of payment runs in ERP systems (ACH, wire payments, cheques etc.);
  • Manual payment input in banking platforms;
  • Preparation of supporting documentation for various payment types;
  • Manual payment request processing and follow up;
  • Clearing of payment entries in ERP systems;
  • Follow up on timely payments processing in the banking systems.

Required skills and experience

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience or in finance field in GBS environment;
  • English language is required at Upper-intermediate level: communicate competently and in professional manner;
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP;
  • Problem solving and detail oriented mindset;
  • Positive working attitude with a high degree of initiative.

Qualifications

  • University degree in relevant field.
