The opportunity

We’re seeking a data-driven, and results-oriented Paid Media Lead to build and scale a world-class performance marketing program. This person will take our demand generation efforts to the next level by leveraging proven and creative solutions to drive measurable revenue impact. Combining a track record of high ROI in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate programs with effective communication and creativity, this person will lead all campaign elements from ideation and execution to reporting across all of Able’s geographies. A candidate who performs well in this role will lead a growing team of marketers who specialize in user acquisition, affiliate, and influencer marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a Paid Media strategy that increases our ROAS and scales spend to the optimal point under diminishing returns on each major ad platform
  • Implement and continually adjust the appropriate spend across SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate and Influencer programs
  • Where leveraging agencies that specialize in advertising on a particular platform, manage those relationships and direct spend appropriately between external and internal teams
  • Project manage the creation (with support from agencies and the creative team) of production and distribution of ad materials–including short-form video and landing pages
  • Develop and implement AB testing frameworks and regular ad refreshes to combat ad fatigue and increase ad engagement and ROAS
  • Proactively recommend new campaigns, and provide performance feedback to internal and external teams
  • Use a mindset of experimentation to quickly test and advance from one new ad platform to another to serve our unique business needs
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to build a performance metric dashboard and present learnings and actionable recommendations to the stakeholders
  • Partnering with the finance and analytics teams, monitor and own the LTV-to-CAC for SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing spend

About you

  • 5+ years of Paid Media experience at a start-up or a tech company offering apps to consumers
  • 1+ years experience managing 1-5 direct reports
  • 1+ years experience managing an external Paid Media agency to achieve measurable results
  • Demonstrable experience, certifications and relationships with Google and Facebook ad platforms
  • Proven track record of establishing and scaling an ROI-positive Paid Media program that directly drives high volume of product conversions
  • You are a great storyteller and communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of internal/external stakeholders, vendors and partners
  • You’re just as comfortable powering through Google Sheets as you are whipping up creative presentations while meeting tight deadlines
  • You possess enthusiasm, creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth-mindset

Employment

Regular employment in UK or Malta or Contractor agreement for the team members distributed across Europe (non-UK/Malta).
