The Product Operations team ensure a systematic approach to product and process excellence. The team helps Printify’s cross-functional product teams, such as engineering, product set up, and customer success, operate at their maximum efficiency via a set of processes, tools and trainings. 

Product Operations Specialists own many of the product team's behind-the-scenes initiatives. For example:

- Providing data transparency and support to help product teams make better-informed decisions.

- Developing standardised business processes to streamline product development processes with training and coaching support.

- Managing the many tools the product team uses.

- Developing a continuing education program, putting together onboarding and training programs, good practices and support resources.

We are looking for an intern, who can help our Product Operations Team to manage the many tools the product team uses. To do this, you would be creating tools usage pages answering questions such as: What is the tool; Who owns the tool; Who are the Key Users and Main Stakeholders; Why does Printify have the tool; How to access the tool etc.

Your task would involve

• Creating the tools usage page
• Researching each individual tool
• Communicating with different Printify employees
