Do you want to have the power to make our international customers happy by managing the timely deliveries of our products? Join our transportation team!

You will be in charge of delivery solutions for our products: booking trucks, managing carrier operations, provide timely feedback in case of change from our predefined transportation partners to ensure on time delivery, a critical factor for our customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• You book trucks for loadings at our plants and warehouses as per predefined agreement with carriers.
• You manage smooth and timely execution of deliveries.
• You find right solution when the unexpected occurs.
• You keep our teams informed of any deviation from original plan.
• You ensure the respect of agreed price and conditions and the overall quality of our service by transportation providers.

Requirements

• Eagerness to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Multitasking: setting right priorities, planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure when needed.
• Previous experience in transportation or logistic environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent English language skills.

Additional information

• Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:30
• Salary: 1000 - 1200 EUR GROSS.
• Contract: Permanent
