Job Responsibilities
- Migrate current contracts from old system to new
- Transfer documents from folders and upload to the new system
- Update various data from a spreadsheet including all contract information into an interview summary in the new system
- Organize, manage and track completed data in a spreadsheet, including any questions, or other needs
Requirements
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs – high beginner/intermediate Excel, Email (most important skills)
- Upper Intermediate English skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast Learner, not afraid to ask questions/take notes during training
- Past experience with Contract Management a plus
Additional information:
- Working hours: 8 hours per day (flexible)
- Salary: 500 euros per month
- Duration: until December 31, 2021
