One Customer Support team member daily processes about 70 e-mail and chat messages, as well as phone calls. Currently, we are on the crest of a wave, therefore we are looking for new team members to join team Printful!

If you are positive, detail-oriented and like helping to customers - join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Specialist!

This a full-time remote evening job.

Your duties:

• provide world-class customer support in English/Spanish/French or German;
• provide customers with prompt, accurate, kind and responsive replies;
• reply to approximately 70 interactions (e-mails, chat messages and telephone calls) within one business day;
• answer customer phone calls.

We provide a two-week long training process in our office at 6B Ojara Vaciesa Street, Riga

1. Sunday to Thursday from 15.30 to 24.00 (Friday, Saturday - off)
2. Tuesday to Saturday from 15.30 to 24.00 (Sunday, Monday - off)
3. Thursday to Monday from 15.30 to 24.00 (Tuesday, Wednesday - off)
4. Friday to Tuesday from 15.30 to 24.00 (Wednesday, Thursday - off)
