Under direction and supervision, the Compensation Analyst will be responsible for managing the global salary survey process, assisting in the interpretation of compensation policy, job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking. Works with Human Resources team and first line management to provide analysis and consultation on a variety of compensation related issues.
