Position Summary

Under direction and supervision, the Compensation Analyst will be responsible for managing the global salary survey process, assisting in the interpretation of compensation policy, job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking. Works with Human Resources team and first line management to provide analysis and consultation on a variety of compensation related issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages the Salary Survey process from the submission of data through the recording of results into a salary survey database- MarketPay
  • Conducts job evaluation and review of new and/or existing roles. Partner with HR and line management to gather information and communicate results.
  • Collects and organizes data for analysis. Assists with the analysis of data both internal and external, summarizing findings and highlighting important aspects.
  • Ensures through audits, reports and personal contact that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Manages special projects as assigned in a broad range of areas, as business needs arise.
  • Stays abreast of legislative activities and regulatory changes and evaluates impact to compensation programs.
  • Assists with compensation related and other HR analytics on a need to basis.
  • Assists in the creation of communication materials and presentations to support analysis, implementation of programs, or for process updates. Prepares and maintains documentation. Regularly updates and distributes documents to HR community as appropriate.

Additional information:

  • Salary: 1550 - 1950 EUR GROSS
  • Permanent contract
  • Health insurance from first working day

Requirements

  • University degree in business, management or finance.
  • Previous experience in compensation will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong MS Office experience with Advanced Excel expertise with a willingness to work hands on in the detail as well as in the analysis.
  • Preferrable experience with PeopleSoft and MarketPay
  • Strong attention to the details.
  • Solid communications skills in order to interface with employees and managers and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential data in a professional and mature manner.
  • Fluent in English.
