B2B Customer Experience Specialist (Working hours 15:30 - 00:00) 1 year contract
Position overview
Are you interested in learning more about Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for motivated and self-organized individual with "can do" attitude to join our team. You will take care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints, as well as you will pursue timely communication, shipment and documentation with our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Be a key communication point between the company and our customers
- Process and follow-up on customer orders, respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and assist to resolve issues
- Work in modern ERP systems (SAP, AX)
- Communicate with colleagues worldwide on a daily basis, with the aim to ensure effective order fulfillment
- Be a part of a friendly team, sharing common knowledge and experience
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Maintain close partnership with sales managers and follow-up for pricing, payment and delivery terms in a co-operative spirit
Required skills and experience
- Experience in B2B customer service facing role in Logistics and/or Manufacturing fields will be considered as advantage
- Excellent English language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Logical mind set with a high level of precision and responsibility
- Experience with ERP systems will be considered as advantage
