Project aims to inspire young individuals to lead active and healthy lives while harnessing the potential of online tools like virtual glasses. 

With central objective, to cultivate digital literacy among participants.

Participant's profile:

-young people between the age of 18 and 26 

-with an attitude for dialogue and mutual understanding

-residents of Latvia

Project's main objectives: 

- educate young people about healthy habits, digital skills and how they can use technology to improve in different aspectsof life

-make young people aware of the factors that positively and negatively impact our health

-motivate young people to become more active and engaged in the society when it comes to solving crucial health issues

-enhance creativity skill and exchange culture between groups- empower youth to become advocates for healthy living in their communities.

All costs of the exchange are covered by the programme of Erasmus+
