"Sharing Design Your Job" is a project supported by the European Union through the ERASMUS+ programme aiming to enhance previously developed ICT educational tools and merge them with the needs of the labour market through increasing the capacities of partners and the project target group, primarily young people.

This application form is for our forth training course under this initiative that will take place in Sarajevo, Bosnia&Herzegovina from 5th to 13th of March, 2023. 
Participants will be able to get skills and knowledge about:

- User Experience and its importance

- Empathy Gap in design

- User research and its purpose

- Guidelines for experience design

- Future directions of Experience design

- Emotions in systems

- Designing for Peak Experience

- Design Thinking: Stages

All young people aged 18-30 residing in Latvia are welcome to apply by filling in and submitting this form no later than the 10th February 2023. (If we will receive sufficient number of applications, the the form could be closed earlier)
Focus is on young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training);
Focus is on young people who are PWD’s (People with Disabilities);
Focus is on young people who have fewer opportunities.

Note:
The program recognizes the greater risk of social exclusion of young people facing additional barriers such as the vulnerable group outlined above. Thus, these groups are encouraged to take part.
However, that does not mean that the program is solely intended for those groups. Even though you do not belong to any of those groups your application will be considered on an equal basis with others.
