The Adjustment Manual presents Self-Time: Mental Wellness, a two-part workshop collection, to establish a healthy work-life balance through MINDSETS and PRACTICAL TOOLS that help develop the right skill-set to tackle work from home challenges such as constant availability and burnout. 

Session 1: Mindsets for Mental Wellness, 25th of September, 2021
Session 2: Practical Tools for Mental Wellness, 2nd of October, 2021  

Session 1- Mindsets: This session aims at exploring the complicated mentalities of self-discipline, motivation and compartmentalising as beneficial ways to combat and learn a healthy perspective to face WFH-based distress.

Session 2 - Practical Tools: This session focuses on implementable skills such as grounding techniques and other applicable techniques such as time management and to-do planning resources.
