Opportunity for 38 young people from Latvia, Rumania, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania and Spain to join this Erasmus+ youth exchange project in Latvia, Bernāti.

Main topics mental health and well-being, to learn about ourselves and what is needed for us to improve our well-being not just in short term, but to ensure that we know how to take care of our physical, social and emotional well-being.

We aim to gain knowledge on the topic, gain necessary well-being skills like resilience, problem-solving, mindfulness, communication, collaboration, leadership, planning and executing, and initiative-taking and discover practical tools and methods that can support us in our journey of bettering ourselves so we would be more able to become more active in society, more easily enter labor market and share our learning outcomes with other youngsters to encourage and empower them to take the steering wheel of their lives in their own hands.
