For the 19th time already, we Piedzīvojuma Gars invite you to jump! Big step or small, jumping higher or further, onto a new path or into the unknown, this is a call for action! Are you willing to take it?

LEC is an open-call self-development training course “Love Every Challenge” where you are given the opportunity to rediscover yourself and take life to new heights... oh, did we mention heights? No spoilers available. 🤫

Maybe you have a challenge or a big decision that you want to work on? Maybe you have already given up? Perhaps you want to take a new course in your life? Perhaps it's already going great but you feel you could do more? We will not be the ones who make the change but we promise to support you with the right set of tools, methods and experiences to make it yourself and learn not only to face and accept challenges but more importantly – to love them.

LEC training is based on the Value Based Leadership programme originally created for Swedish Scouts, and supported by elements of synergy trainings and our own experience from years of working with teams and individuals. 300+ participants have already dared to jump with us and many of them confirm - this has been a start of something really beautiful and powerful in their lives.

WHEN? 11th to 15th of August

WHERE? The training takes place in a beautiful countryside home of Piedzīvojuma Gars - Rites, in Birzgales pagasts. A truly magical place far away from civilization or phone coverage. Sleeping arrangement will be in one big room on matresses (we will provide those) but we will ask you to bring your own sleeping bags.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? For 5 days we will live together, work on ourselves and build connections with each other in various workshops, lectures, activities and processes lead by our experienced team of trainers. The programme is highly dependant on the participants and can take many unexpected turns. Some activities will involve working outdoors, often out of the usual comfort zone. Be ready to be challenged (how else will you learn to Love Every Challenge wink wink) but also keep in mind it will always be your choice if you’re willing to take this opportunity or not.

WHO CAN APPLY? Anyone above the age of 18 can apply (individual cases of underaged can be discussed). We all go through different challenges in life at different points in time, therefore we believe that there is no age limit for personal development and each can contribute something valuable with sharing their experience.

WHAT IS THE PRICE? Participation is SPONSORED until the age of 25. People of 25 and above should contribute 150 euros for the food and accomodation. However, we also believe that money should never be an obstacle on your personal development, so let us know if it is a problem for you and we will find solutions.

HOW TO APPLY? Please complete the application form until the 1st of August to apply. Places in the training are limited (max. 20 people) so the sooner you make a decision, the higher is your probability to succeed (sounds like life, right?). Whether you are selected for the training also depends on your motivation to be here, so please allow some time to think on your answers.
