Jaak has been an active investor since 1999. Since 2002, he has been a member of the exclusive 50% club, investing at least half of his income, thus creating passive income. He mentors students, conducts training, blogs and invests in real estate, real estate loans and dividend stocks. He receives all of his daily income from investments, most of which are completely passive and require very little attention. Jaak is a married father of three children. His hobbies are reading, traveling to exotic places and cycling. 💪
