Career Launchpad | Youth Exchange in Slovenia 🇸🇮

Are you interested in discovering your strengths, exploring your future possibilities, and gaining a clearer idea of where your skills and experiences can take you?
Career Launchpad is a 5-day youth exchange focused on self-discovery, career orientation and career planning. Participants will explore their interests, values and competences, discover how different experiences can contribute to their future career paths, and develop practical tools for planning their next steps.
💡 During the exchange, you will:
- Explore your interests, values, strengths and competences
- Discover how experiences from school, volunteering, youth work and everyday life can be recognised as valuable skills
- Explore different career paths and opportunities
- Work on your own career map
- Develop a personal career plan and set realistic goals
- Exchange experiences and perspectives with young people from different countries
- Learn through non-formal education, intercultural exchange and practical activities
- Prepare and contribute to follow-up activities in your local community after the exchange
🦸 This programme is for you if:
- You are interested in career orientation, self-discovery and personal development
- You want to better understand your interests, values, strengths and competences
- You are motivated to explore different career possibilities and plan your next steps
- You are interested in learning through non-formal education and intercultural exchange
- You are ready to actively participate in the preparation, youth exchange and follow-up activities
- You are comfortable communicating and working in English
- You are motivated to share your experiences and learn together with an international group
- You are willing to transfer what you learn during the project into your local community

🏠 Accommodation is covered through the Erasmus+ programme.

We are an educational platform and community of people that celebrate personal growth and inclusivity. Our platform is open, accessible, and welcomes everyone who is interested in non-formal learning, mobility opportunities, and contributing their verse to society.
Active Rainbow was founded in 2014 and started at first as a self-organized initiative. Since 2020, it is an organization in Latvia.
Our team is active in the field of youth work and in the implementation of learning programs for the past 11 years, working on a local, national, European and international level. We have established and leading a sustainable network of organizations, collectives and informal groups working with LGBTQIA+/Queer Education, and sharing mutual values for increasing the quality of inclusive, intersectional, accessible and safe youth work.

- Support (young) people in their personal and professional development - equipping them with lifelong skills
- Offer safe and inclusive educational environments for everyone without discrimination, especially to LGBTQIA+ people
- Promote and participate in the development of youth work and the training of youth workers and educators
- Promote the initiatives of young people
- Increase the visibility of non-formal learning as a type of activism
- Offer and foster volunteering opportunities, building young activists and social changemakers
- Develop and sustain an engaged and connected network of organizations, fostering international cooperation and cross-cultural exchange
- Create a more inclusive and cohesive society to ensure equal opportunities for all to achieve full potential in life
