Our company keeps expanding, so we’re looking for a UX Writer to join our skilled and creative Design Team.

As a UX Writer, you’ll craft compelling content that helps our customers navigate through our digital products. You’ll have the opportunity to dive into exciting UX challenges and collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to solve problems and build user-friendly solutions.

Your daily tasks will entail:

• maintaining a clear and meaningful conversation between the user and the product
• crafting concise, user-friendly copy that guides the Printful customer through our website and apps
• working with teammates and other stakeholders to ensure your copy and strategy align with company goals
• creating and maintaining UX copywriting guidelines and best practices

What we expect from you:

• excellent English skills
• a way with words, an eye for grammar, and an ear for language
• experience writing for UX components
• a user-centered and emphatic approach
• a genuine interest in UI/UX
• drive to follow industry trends
• experience using resources and data to support ideas
• good decision-making skills
• ability to work both individually and in a team
