What we're looking for 👀

Nordigen has been growing rapidly - in the last year alone, we've gone from 25 to 70 people. In order to nurture this talent and make sure our people are equipped with all tools they need to do their best job, we are looking for a Training and Onboarding Specialist.

In this role, you'll strive to provide the best employee experience starting from the first day at Nordigen and beyond. You'll be tasked with creating a top-notch onboarding program and setting the groundwork for Nordigen Academy. To succeed in this role, you have to be ready to make decisions, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and reinvent how we do things to deliver the best possible results. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of training and/or onboarding programs and be interested to be the primary owner of these initiatives.

What excites you 🤩

  • Owning processes from A to Z;
  • Designing and delivering a first-class onboarding program to support the new recruits in their growth and success at Nordigen;
  • Creating a curriculum and execution plan for Nordigen Academy, whilst working together with the CTO and Head of Operations;
  • Developing an assessment plan to measure the performance and progress of the Academy's students in order to align with the company's goals of growing its IT force;
  • Launching mechanism to gather employee feedback on learning programs and translate them into activities;
  • Improving the overall employee experience and assisting in their continuous development and growth;
  • Giving presentations, arranging meetups and planning seminars with internal and external staff;
  • Interacting with employees, team leads and C-level personnel, as well as external partners;
  • Finding gaps in existing processes and working towards continuous improvements.
