Realister is an Estonian based company that is active in all Baltic countries. To make excellent products (e.g. Formulu Klades) in Latvia and offer great ad solutions to our Latvian clients we need a help of a local. We hope to find someone who speaks, writes and even dreams in excellent Latvian, as well as, knows very well the Latvian market.

We need help in two areas but both of these project-based part-time positions can perfectly be covered by one person.

B2B Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant’s main responsibility is to negotiate with companies and other organisations in Latvia and offer them the best advertisement solutions in Formula Notebooks. It is a short-term (from November till the end of March) part-time project that is guided and supervised by Sales Manager (located in Estonia).

Job Description:

• Creating and growing the database of clients and keeping the log of contacts’ history
• Contacting marketing departments, arranging meetings with greatest marketing people in the field –  a lot of communication (calling, meeting, email follow-ups)
• Finding the best advertising solutions for the clients according to their needs and budget; preparing relevant offers and getting confirmations
• Achieving great sales results
• Helping with the translation of sales materials (from English to Latvian);
• Representing Realister in the best possible way
• Being Awesome ☺

Ideal candidate:

Project Assistant

Project Assistant’s main responsibility is to correct the Formula Notebooks from all the outdated information and provide them with new correct materials. You do not have to do it all by yourself – you need some negotiation skills to manage cooperation with different content providers (e.g teachers). However, the Project Assistant can also create some original entertaining content into our products, update the existing texts and support with other tasks related to product development in Latvia. It is a short-term part-time project (ends when printing files are ready, presumably at the end of April), which is guided and supervised by Creative Manager (located in Estonia).

Position requirements:

• Good knowledge of Latvian (grammar)
• Good writing and speaking skills in English (that is the main work language);
• Excellent time-management and great negotiation skills;
• Positive, reliable and self-driven attitude;
• Willpower to work virtually.

**Filling both roles is absolutely manageable even if you're a student and/or involved with any other projects. The average workload of both positions in total is 0,5 (about 0,25 each), so the tasks can be easily fit easily beside your other duties. The most important are your good time management skills and a strong will to achieve great results.
