What You’ll Do

As a volunteer, you’ll be right at the center of the action - supporting event logistics, guest registration, social media activities, and helping create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere throughout TechChill 2026. Your enthusiasm is what makes the event unforgettable!

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking friendly, reliable, and tech-curious team players with a positive attitude. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old and available for at least two of the three event days, with an 8-hour commitment across the event.

What’s TechChill?

TechChill, one of the largest Baltic Tech events, is taking place in March 2026 bringing international, local investors, founders and ecosystem players for 3 days in Riga.
