- This project is focused on mental health in everyday life. It gives a chance
for young people from different backgrounds to come together and
explore how to take care of their mental wellbeing through daily routines,
healthy habits, self-awareness, and connection with others. - The goal is to help participants build practical skills that improve their
mental health, understand how to manage stress, recognize lighter
mental health issues, and find ways to support themselves and their
peers. - It is NOT about therapy, but about learning tools, sharing experiences,
and breaking taboos around mental health — all in a safe and supportive international environment.

Jauniešu studija “BaMbuss” ir daudzfunkcionāla, organiska, atraktīva un progresīva vieta, kuras mērķis ir nodrošināt jauniešiem iespēju apgūt un pilnveidot savas prasmes un iemaņas, iegūt jaunu pieredzi un pilnvērtīgi pavadīt savu brīvo laiku. Studijā tiek organizētas dažādas neformālās izglītības aktivitātes – apmācības, radošās darbnīcas, neformālās tikšanās, specializētie (valodu, foto un video, spēļu, kino u.c.) klubi, kā arī tiek atbalstītas jauniešu iniciatīvas dažādu projektu un pasākumu īstenošanā. Tiek nodrošinātas brīvprātīgā darba iespējas, kā arī sniegtas iespējas piedalīties starptautiskos projektos un konsultācijas par ES programmām un jauniešiem pieejamajām iespējām.
