Aim of the training course:
To train directly 12 youth workers coming from Poland, Czech Republic and Latvia in using
creative non-formal methods and increasing the quality of their work with youth and
encouraging them to become multipliers of the project results.

Agenda:
DAY 1: Getting to Know Each Other, Exploring Local Venue
DAY 2: Focus on Creative Writing, various activities based on using the elements of creative
writing to increase creative skills of the participants with special focus to intercultural
learning, communication
DAY 3: Creative design, doodling, sketching with Arta
DAY 4: Creative Movement and thinking with Paulina
DAY 5: Working on ideas for the Creative Playbook
DAY 6: Closing of the Training Course, Evaluation

Details on Workbook:
a workbook for personal use containing a set of exercises boosting and sustaining creative
behaviours, tips for creative environments, sources for further reading and a habit tracking sheet. The exercises will be of a different type, making the Playbook universal and user- friendly for persons of different interests. The exercises in the Playbook will be based on creative writing technique’s, doodling, sketch noting, movement exercises.

Activities that the participants of the training course in Prerov will have the possibility
to take part as well:

• Mobility of Young People, planned for 2023 in Poland
• Multiplier Events in Latvia - planned to be implemented in 2023, note: main aim of
these multiplier events will be to promote ‘Creative Playbook’ workbook. This
workbook will be created during the project activity.

Costs:
The costs of transport, accommodation, meals will be covered by SIA Smērīte.

We will be accommodated and work in a hotel ‘NA JIZNI’

2-3 participants will be sharing a room. Each room has its own bathroom. Towels and bed
linens are provided. Wi-Fi is available and works.
Around the hotel are several shops and as we mentioned in walking distance from the hotel
is the shopping mall Albert - part of this shopping complex is also a pharmacy.
