We are looking for a Marketing & Comms Lead to join our team starting from September 2021, full time. The primary work responsibilities include taking charge of the content and social media management, planning of the marketing activities, and coordinating overall communications from visual identity to media relations. But the role goes beyond the description of daily tasks. It is your chance to take ownership of projects and see them have a real impact on the ecosystem.

As one of the key members of the team you will represent a vital part of the startup ecosystem, will learn about the startup scene globally and get to meet various industry leaders that will constantly open new doors.

What will you be doing?

• Overall strategy and planning activities
• Daily social media management
• Content development
• Sales campaign development and execution
• Execution of brand activities

What are we looking for?

• Fluency in English (Latvian is nice to have)
• 1+ years experience in project management
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of social media advertising and email marketing
• Ability to manage workflow for yourself and others (team, volunteers, outsource, partners)
• Interest in tech and startup scene
