🌸 “Who are you?” is a question that can easily catch most of us off guard.
🌻 With external pressures, we often catch ourselves being drowned in titles that were assigned to us. Despite it being a “normal” societal process, if completely unchecked, it can negatively affect one's motivation, self-esteem, and overall mental state. A clear understanding of identity and its fluid nature is crucial to building a solid foundation for life.
“Who am I?” is a question we can only honestly ask ourselves when we get a chance to slow down, explore, and reassess. With this workshop, we would like to offer you that space. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
☕️ Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own notebook and favorite pen. We will provide hot and cold beverages, snacks and you can also bring your own to share.
We really hope to see you there. 🦋

We are an educational platform and community of people that celebrate personal growth and inclusivity. Our platform is open, accessible, and welcomes everyone who is interested in non-formal learning, mobility opportunities, and contributing their verse to society.
Active Rainbow was founded in 2014 and started at first as a self-organized initiative. Since 2020, it is an organization in Latvia.
Our team is active in the field of youth work and in the implementation of learning programs for the past 11 years, working on a local, national, European and international level. We have established and leading a sustainable network of organizations, collectives and informal groups working with LGBTQIA+/Queer Education, and sharing mutual values for increasing the quality of inclusive, intersectional, accessible and safe youth work.
[Our Vision] We contribute to the creation of a world where diversity is welcomed and celebrated as a value.
[Our Mission] We are committed to strengthen the implementation of Human Rights and improve the quality of LGBT+ spectrum education, by offering learning opportunities for people to grow and thrive.
Our motto is - learning made simple, yet significant.
